Meet Sasha

Welcome. I'm truly glad you're here.

My name is Sasha Morphis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Since 2019, I have had the privilege of walking alongside young adults, teens, children, and families through some of life's most difficult, transformative, and healing moments.

My path as a therapist has taken me through many different spaces, from schools and crisis response settings to assessments and private practice. Each experience has deepened my understanding of what it means to be human: to struggle, to grow, to carry pain, and to discover resilience we never knew we had. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from North Carolina Central University in 2019, and I continue to feel honored every day to do this work.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen. Therapy is not about fixing you because you are not broken. It is about creating space for your story, your emotions, your strengths, and the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced, or burdened along the way.

I strive to create a warm, authentic, and judgment-free environment where you can exhale, show up as you are, and begin reconnecting with yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it all alone.

The name Empowered Healing reflects what I hope every client experiences: the understanding that healing is not something that happens to you…it's something that grows within you. My role is to support, guide, and walk beside you as you rediscover your voice, your strength, and your capacity for change.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone different. It's about coming home to yourself.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
